By applying, you'll have the opportunity to receive financial assistance and guidance to help you pursue your higher education dreams. New scholarship awards are determined after a careful review of the applicant's academic accomplishments by the board of directors and by financial budgetary considerations and sole discretion of HOLC.

We welcome our returning scholarship applicants and are excited to hear about their academic progress. Returning student applications will open April 1, 2025. The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2025. Scholarship Renewal Academic Submission is for current scholarship recipients to maintain their eligibility for future awards. Students must provide their most recent academic records, demonstrating a minimum overall GPA of 2.5. Timely and accurate submissions are essential to ensure continued participation in the program.
